Valentine’s Day is a celebration of Romance and love where a young couple, married as well as teenagers wait for this day to come. It is celebrated on the 14^th of February every year. Now it has become a week celebration, the loveliest week of the year the valentine’s week or love week. The week starts with the Rose day followed by propose day, chocolate day, teddy day, promise day, hug day, kiss day and completes with the valentine day flowers.

Each of the above days has a lot of significance. To begin with Rose, It is a symbol of Love, sometime a rose can wonder like anything, even the big fatty gifts cant. Whenever any couple whether married or unmarried exchange red rose, they become overwhelmed. I suggest couples exchange Red rose bunch on small intervals to make alive their love. Next is propose day, it is the day when teenagers really want to open their hearts in front of someone whom they like from the last year. They were really very fearless and confident enough about their proposal that it is going to be accepted. Even the married couple also refreshes their feeling by proposing and accepting again each other, it gives the feeling of newness in the relationship. Next is the chocolate day, chocolate is as sweet as the love is, it can’t be missed in this celebration. It brings sweetness to the relationship. Girls usually like dark chocolate flavor. They are in high demand this week.

Next is the Teddy day, Teddies are the cutest way of expressing your love; soft toys are generally loved by women. One can easily find out in every girl’s room. Next is a promising day. It is a day to make promises together. The promise is a symbol of commitment; usually, young couples make promises in fun then break it. So try to make a genuine promise as you have to abide it forever. Next is the Hug day, Researchers suggest that hugging a woman has a lot of health benefits. It increases the level of Oxytocin, it can reduce blood pressure and cut the risk of heart disease. It spreads happiness when you hug someone and prevents us from depression. It is basically required on a daily basis for a healthy and balanced life. Next is Kiss day. It is a more intimate feeling of affection and attachment. Kissing your partner can improve relationships. And finally, it all culminates to Valentine Day, when you can be creative in every way to show that you care and love your partner.

Gift is a symbol of love or we can say a token of remembrance. The value of the gift does not matter, it can be in any form, and its importance lies in satisfaction. Here I am going to discuss a few of the gifts which couples can exchange on Valentine’s Day.
